The Tuesday Pilot Class is designed to be a well structured, open, experiential and experimental class for people who are ready to let their own personal approach unfold. It’s not about teaching my approach, the Poetic Flow Work. Most of us work with individual clients/partners, but to further develop the own approach it is helpful to have an inspiring group field. So I offer, in a cooperative spirit, the container of an alive, safe and fun group field with a clear structure, a meditative foundation and a variety of resonating movement forms. With a lot of experience and an intuitive foundation I feel able and ready to hold our space, which is definitely not a therapeutic field, with a strong and caring presence and clear guidance, that can, if necessary, also support someone in need. But the priority is the group that enables the development of the own personal approach in an open, cooperative and fun way.
In the environment of this pilot class we will develop a deepeer knowing, awareness, respect, and caring to our own self. Working in the biodynamic and poetic flow we all have inside ourselves, we create the space to explore what is calling us. In the context of a caring group field we can find ways to maintain reverence for what guides us to helping others. Deepen our best self so we can reach others. We appreciate all teachers and pioneers of healing and movement therapy. It is our intention to rediscover and uncover what is naturally within our bodies, hearts, and minds. In doing so, we collectively and independently enable survival. A free soul can only be recognized in a free body.
Our development as individuals, teachers, and caregivers needs aliveness beyond rigid formula. This class aims to bring moisture to that which has arid, fire to that which is damp, wind to what needs to move, and ground to what is in the
