feel the vibrations
in your open soul
feel the tenderness
in your dreaming spleen
sense the seed
of expanding love

coming up your spine

From your Palms to your Deep Heart
Your outstretched arms
open the sky
of your deep wide heart
your midline breathes
the morning air love
flowing through all your body
out of the field, through your palms
new energy glides in
your pineal sees it
your pituitary sniffs it
even your cerebellum feels it
as it steams through your deep heart
into very single cell
between your outstretched palms
you hold the field you love
sensing, caring, giving
be what you are.
Loving the Lioness
The dove sleeps
in the dormer window
she is meditating her flight
through the third eye portal
in the warm sand
you see the footprints
of a sleepy lioness
footprints beyond memory
you feel her lazy gait
you sense her waking up
in your visceral realm
in your strong, deep growl
you love the way she moves
from your palms the power
of her slow stretching
flows into your deep heart
turning your neck
in a slow cozy circle
your shoulders open
begin to dance
your lioness yearns to dance
through a brand new day
dancing the low-beat tune
the daughter of the valley plays on her flute
you move.

on secret sunmoon rivers
strong rivers, deep flow
on the edge of the unknown
you hear this pulsing wind
going right through your deep heart
groping for your home field
you know your soul
has left the familiar realm
right here this insecurity
is your joyful home
feel the new pulse with a smile

trust your sunmoon river
she’s always flowing
smile to this wonderful moment.
Radiating again
Flying under the wind
in your deep brain the soulbird senses
the almond field expanding
anxious, tight, strong, demanding
listening very closely
your soulbird feels
the deep heart can love this field
connect it to hearing the wind
weave it into the caring breath
move it with a twinkle in the eye
as the gut and the almond field unite
you breathe wider again
with deep-heart waves of love
you take up your flow of caring

in the twilight
your wise inner snake

only feel her
from the center
you find your own path
into the light of this day

Soft wind, gliding movement
in constant connection with the source

flies through all the intermediate layers
between the old and the new

she knows all the corners
she loves to dance
she plays with the secrets
